There are certain occasions that my husband and I go to sushi for no matter what and no matter who is with us, our birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Pre-Thanksgiving and Christmas, Post-Thanksgiving and Christmas. On these “special” occasions we like ask the chef it prepare us something special. Something off menu that they have always wanted to combine but never got the chance – it could be as wild, weird, and spicy as they want it to be too. This chef came up with this beauty…seared salmon, tempura shrimp, tuna, cilantro, sriracha, and grilled lemon all thrown together. Sometimes you just fall in love at first sight.
